Henan traditional stick
It is a traditional discipline included in the practice of Classical Martial Arts.
The Chinese used the stick in the practice of their Classical Martial Arts, and the Shaolin School therefore paid great attention to its study.
It was also highly prized by Tao initiates, who represented Laozi (Lao Tzu) with a dragon-shaped stick. It is therefore still studied both in the "External" or "hard" arts originating from Shaolin and in the "Internal" or "soft" arts such as classical Taiji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan).
Very early in history, under Chinese influence, the Art of the Stick spread throughout the Far East...
The proposed practice is directly derived from the art of the classic peasant stick.
