Classic 4: Song of the Thirteen Tactics (Shi San Shi Ge)
The thirteen general tactics should not be underestimated.
Initiate the achievement of Yi (intention) at the waist level.
During the changes and turns of the empty and substantial, you must maintain Yi.
Qi flows through the body without any obstacle.
There is stillness even when there is movement;
When there is movement there is stillness.
According to the opponent my changes appear mysterious.
Every tactic lies in Xin (thought), the principle is to use Yi (intention).
In the conquest of perfection do not waste Gong Fu (effort).
Carve and sculpt Xin (thought) again, it should be at the waist.
Internally the abdomen is relaxed and still and Qi rises,
When Wei Lu (tailbone) is Zhong Zheng (adjusted with the centre), Shen (mind) connects with the top of the head.
The whole body feels light and agile when the top of the head is suspended.
Be meticulous and keep Xin (thought) when researching the art.
Freely contract and extend, open and close and listen.

Gong Fu (effort) is ceaseless.
Cultivate the method yourself.

Yi (intention) and Qi are the rulers;
Bones and flesh are the officials.
