YOGA TAICHI 91
Harmonious alliance of Yoga, Taichichuan, Qigong and Meditation
Perhaps you are hesitating to start the practice:
the testimonials below may help you decide
------>I'm giving you a small report on the gain in physical fitness I've had since I started practicing yoga.
I've been doing yoga since I started doing it and I'm still doing 40 laps, but it's easier. I've even had the luxury of doing 50 laps at a session when I was at my best.
In my running practice I am less tired afterwards, better breath.
I am calmer, people who know me well have told me so.
In my daily activities, I have gained in precision and speed of execution.
I've just done some heavy gardening at my parents' house, not a single muscle ache.
I can't wait to go to the mountains this summer,
I'm looking forward to going to the mountains this summer, long live yoga and thank you for what it brings me and will bring me.
Dominique
------> "Affected by the disease, I am going through an extremely difficult ordeal, both physically and psychologically, but THURSDAY MORNING is the reconciliation with my painful body and my tormented mind, I owe Christian these moments of well-being, Tai Chi gives flexibility, lightness and life to my body and brings great serenity to my mind, relaxation is a great benefit a feeling of "detox"...
For my part, I would say that Tai Chi by its softness, the decomposition of the slow and majestic movements makes you become aware of each muscle, of each articulation, to become aware of your body, as if you were opening a beautiful watch to admire its amazing and fascinating mechanism.
I leave each class with a light heart and body, full of life and energy.... and full of strength and courage
add to all this orchestrated by an extraordinary teacher, a man with a beautiful soul, Christian who with a look encourages you, with a smile motivates you, with a word gives me energy again.... and for the Man who is with each of us, I say Thank you".
Corinne
------>I have been attending yoga classes since last year with great joy. Learning to know one's body through the movements, becoming aware of the essential, the breath. Your kindness and all the words of wisdom that accompany the practice allow me to find the path to inner peace and serenity. This year I started the taichi with the same pleasure. The classes of these two disciplines are a real moment of shared happiness.
Thank you and happy holidays to you and your family.
Om Shanti

------>" I have been practicing yoga with Christian for at least 5 years. I don't miss any of his classes. Even when I am tired after a day at work, it is a time I enjoy. It's a place where you feel good, without prejudice.
I have gained flexibility, which I did not have before. The muscle strengthening allows me to ride a bike without my legs hurting. And the practice of breathing and meditation allows me to relax in certain moments of my life (in public transport, sometimes at work), and to take a step back from certain situations.
Christian is not only a teacher but also a good listener.
I invite people who are still hesitating to come to his classes".
Murielle
------>"The regular practice of yoga for 3 years now has had many positive effects on me. First of all, there are the immediate effects of the session, i.e. the relaxation and the muscular relaxation. Indeed, I often arrive with pains and tensions that have completely disappeared at the end of the class. Moreover, the texts read by Christian are tools for reflection. In short, I leave with a lighter body and mind.
But it is in the long term that I become aware of the benefits of yoga. I am more serene, less irritable. People around me have even pointed this out to me. With time, I notice that my brain is less bubbly. I even find myself not thinking about anything at all. It's a very calming experience.
Missing a class is out of the question, it has become a real addiction. And if, in spite of everything, I miss a class, I organise a catch-up session thanks to the videos generously put online by Christian.
Christian shares his passion with us and through his classes and our exchanges helps us to find the path of benevolence..."

------>I also have a message about the benefit of practice, it is only half unexpected... I spent a week doing a lot of data entry to initialize a new tool for the XXXXXXXX group, which covers more than 200 shops with a lot of data.
I was bluffed not only by my capacity of concentration, moreover I am next to the coffee machine, but also by the gesture, yes of the gesture, soft relaxed shoulders, flexible and round (to handle the keyboard keys, letters, numbers and function F..) in an always identical order without noise.... it reminds you anything?
Well, I can boast that I am the only one who has done this for all the shops in .... days...
To all those who have typing skills, the TaiChi of the keyboard is possible
Claude
------>Thank you Christian for this message, for the previous one (the energetic cut, interesting when you lose your hair like the leaves in autumn), for the and all the previous messages which always bring a little more and light on our everyday life.
Each time it's like a warm stone in the winter, like a step towards the best that is added to the previous one, and finally, little by little, it makes its way. I love receiving your little messages, your little addresses, it's really nice. And that's in addition to our Qi Qong, Tai Chi, yoga practice, .............
A very merry and warm Christmas to you.
Best wishes.
Jocelyne
------> "Living in the moment
Thank you Christian,
For your attention, your generosity, your patience.
You have at heart to make us progress, to bring us "Energy - Enthusiasm - Control - Concentration - Smile".
The art of opening the way and guiding us step by step on the path to well-being.
These disciplines have become in a few sessions an art of living.
Every week I look forward to my classes and I leave filled with energy and a breath of life!
Om Shanti
Valérie
------> I have been visiting your site since I started attending your Tai Chi classes.
I must admit that this site is a mine of information, I learned a lot about Buddhism which is my basic religion since my childhood, but once I arrived in France, I was somewhat disturbed by different erroneous interpretations of my religion.
I hope to find real information on the site of the Institute of Buddhist Studies concerning Buddhism, and moreover, I have just ordered the book by Philippe Cornu.

------>"A scent of true values in a polluted world
Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga:
Beyond the benefits of a practice that I would describe as: excellent for the body, for the mind and the emotional state, (and I weigh each of these words on the scale of my experience :-) )
it is a way of life (in the broadest sense), a way of living that settles in over the months and years, (bringing many elements to build an existence in harmony with oneself, with others and with the world).
Christian's courses:
We learn, discover, progress, advance in the practice (each at his own pace) and... we make friends! :-)
In short: you feel good! Thank you to Christian for the warm welcome and the quality of his teachings.
Yvonne
------>This is the second year that I am practicing this discipline with Christian.
I feel the benefits of taichi for me who has had arthritis problems for a long time. When I go home on Saturday I feel revived. The yoga part also brings me a certain serenity.
J Jacques
I feel a real benefit, much less tension and a real desire to attend your classes.
Good day to you
Nicole M.
------>My husband and I have been practicing Taichi for 4 years now and it does us a lot of good.
All the techniques taught help us to better circulate our vital energy and to bring us back to the "here and now".
After each session of Taichi-Qigong, we feel soothed away from the agitation of the stress of Parisian life, especially during the meditation where we let go completely until we feel like sleeping.
And for the YOGA it allows me after each session to get rid of the tensions of work and to decompress
It must be said that Christian chooses texts that allow us to find inner peace.
To be consumed without moderation ...
Bettoune and Marc.
------>First of all, I would like to say two words about the teacher: very human, attentive to each of the students, friendly and smiling.
As for the practice for me, great improvement in the coordination of the movements, improved flexibility, and as the months go by, the concentration also improves.
To finish, everything is good in our practice and especially the atmosphere is very good.
I.S.
------>Yoga remains a way to control the mind. Without control of the mind, it remains difficult to practice. Added to this control is the control of the breath. The arrival in the course is sometimes complicated according to the state of stress of the day or the moment but, the serenity of the course makes it possible to quickly integrate a state of return towards oneself. Finally, the relaxation and the choice of readings of Christian can allow to leave the course with a new spiritual data, to meditate ;-) while waiting for the next course.

------>QIGONG and TAICHI simply taught me that I didn't know much about the maintenance of my body and even less about that of my mind, and simply gave me the desire to learn and that it continues.
This work on oneself makes us capable of responding with accuracy to others, whether in gesture or in thought. This applies to everyday life and in particular to professional life.

------>I hope you remember me
I wanted to give you some news after my final exam, two news exactly.
I have passed the final exam and I am now a qualified physiotherapist.
As for the second news, it was to inform you that the end of study thesis that you supervised on TAI CHI CHUAN in geriatric rehabilitation received the 2011 FFMKR/La médicale de France prize for the quality
and the progress of the treatment.
A prize will be awarded to me at the World Rehabilitation Exhibition on 15 October 2011 at the Parc Floral in Paris;
I would like to thank you once again for your participation and wish you all the best.
Sincerely Charlie Chavagnac
I have been doing yoga for 2 years now following a major depression and I have been able to regain a calm mind, I have also regained the flexibility I had a few years ago and I am especially looking for calm and a moment just for me. H.N
Thanks to you and your passion above all! C.T
After a Tai Chi session I have a feeling of lightness, I am very relaxed, soothed.
The concentration makes me let go, I feel calmer. My sleep is of better quality.
Thanks to simple exercises I have gained in flexibility.
The classes are very simple, there is no judgement towards those who do not know or understand.
There is mutual help between the old and the new, I always feel benevolent.
Christian, our teacher, has managed to create a very good atmosphere within the group. There is also the beauty of the gesture, Tai Chi is so elegant!
Pascale.
------>Detachment from stress like a mackintosh that prevents us from getting wet in the rain.
Very clear development of concentration and memory.
Breathing is more fluid, therefore calm and good functioning of all the organs,
relaxation which is the best remedy against pain....arthrosis for example....
B.D.
------>First of all, congratulations for your site which is very good, user-friendly and pleasant to visit.
On my side, I can't give my opinion on the different disciplines, because I don't practice regularly.
For the "TAI-CHI and QIGONG" I really appreciated the efficiency of your courses and the good general atmosphere.
JEAN R.
------>I have been practicing Tai Chi regularly for three years now.
I will always remember my first session and the benefits I got from it: an extraordinary serenity and calm until 8pm.
Each class brings me relaxation, calmness and well-being for a whole week... As my practice progresses, I have been able to acquire a serenity in my daily life, I manage my emotions better. I met wonderful people who have a philosophy of life close to mine.
A big thank you to Christian who gives without counting the cost, it's a pleasure to take part in your classes.

------>It has become essential for me to practice taichi, sharing these moments with the group and being in communion enriches me internally. H.E
The QIGONG-TAICHI classes given by Christian meet my expectations perfectly, both in terms of the atmosphere and the benefits felt during the sessions. I can mention, among other things, improved concentration, balance and flexibility. And of course, not forgetting the general well-being at the end of each class. After 2 years of practice, I am delighted to have found a "cocktail" (qigong/taichi/relaxation) that suits me and I hope to continue for a long time with this teacher.
Marie-Jeanne
------>I salute you Christian, for your work and infinite implication...
Best wishes, C.D
------>The end of stress, the beginning of happiness.
All my life, I have had the feeling of being tossed around by life, caught up in events over which I had no influence. Extremely angry, I fought with all my might, destructively, against life itself, complaining about the unfair obstacles that stood in my way, making others bear the burden of my own choices!
Thus, when I met Mr. Christian RASOTTO, I imagined I would have access to a good, enriching and relaxing activity in order to better defend myself against adversity when I returned to the world.
I was sadly mistaken: What Yoga-Taichi 91 offered me goes far beyond that:
An art that is both physical and spiritual, developing the body as well as the mind. Allowing the mastery of one's organism, of one's gestures, as well as the liberation of one's anger, of one's frustration, of all the emanations of the ego, perfect illusions substituting themselves for the true reality!
Before, not a week went by without getting furiously angry. This has not happened to me for several months.
Before, not a month without pain in the body, without objects broken by clumsiness. Not anymore.
I don't know where exactly this path leads, but I do know one thing: since I've been practicing Tai Chi Chuan as taught by Christian, I'm better than yesterday and worse than tomorrow.
Thank you for your help!
Arnaud B.
------>I started yoga in 2012 (my first experience). This art does me good: I gain flexibility, I learn stress management, I centre myself internally all this in a group and with a good teacher!
M.E
------>I discovered and started the practice of "TAI-CHI and QIGONG" in September 2011 with Christian, a wonderful person who does not count his time, who spreads positive energy and with whom it is very pleasant to learn these arts.
Since I have been practising these disciplines, I have noticed a sense of well-being and calm after each class and it really helps to recharge at the end of the week.
I intend to continue in this way with Christian's advice in order to achieve serenity in my daily life!
Sincerely,
Maryline
------>I have been practising yoga for one year (only!) with the evening group and already so much progress. Physically, the practice has allowed me to correct my posture and consequently to alleviate a large part of my back pain problems.
I noticed that I became more aware of my breathing and my body, which made it easier for me (which I absolutely did not have before) to relax, especially when performing simple everyday gestures or at work, thus reducing the areas of tension.
At each session I appreciate the rigour of the teachings and the absence of judgement, which gives motivation and the desire to try to do better each time. In addition to his technical skills, Christian is accessible, available, attentive to his students and passionate about what he does. I encourage anyone interested to join one of the groups coordinated by Christian, without hesitation.

------>Learning Tai Chi through Christian's teaching has made me discover a point that is important today in my daily life:
Between the moment we decide to start a movement and the moment we finish it, there are so many things going on in our minds that we have forgotten the real reason why we decided to start it. This is for me the strength of this martial art: a clear and calm mind in the movement.
Pierre LG
------>Concentration, flexibility, balance, culture, in a serious and very pleasant atmosphere. After a few tries in the area, I found here what I was looking for...you have to try it, it's simple
B.V
------ I started yoga last year in search of a general well-being, I notice that my rather stiff body is a little more flexible today and I manage to better manage my stress and my emotions by breathing exercises that I now practice every day.
I recommend it to all those who are in search of a greater harmony between their body and their mind.
These are sessions that I try to follow regularly because it is necessary to learn to listen to oneself and that requires patience and perseverance,
I thank Christian for his benevolence and his good mood as well as for the quality of his teaching
What a pleasure it was yesterday to practice with the group again and to benefit from your advice as well. B.D
I have a lot of personal worries (whether they are emotional or linked to more material issues). I try not to resort to medication to overcome all the causes of stress that beset me and the yoga that I have been practising since September helps me a lot. In particular, I use the relaxation exercises that we do at the end of the session when I wake up at night and it works quite well.
S.L.
------>Through taichi we learn gentleness, (to be gentler with ourselves and our environment, calmer), precision up to a mastery of the movements, which little by little helps to channel the energies.
The practice really helps us to see more clearly, to detect what is good for us, to become vigilant, and progressively not to let ourselves be submerged by stress and suffering.
This technique opens a path, the path of self-knowledge, which is inevitable to understand how we function, and to detach ourselves from what hinders us.
It is a very healthy tool, which allows a strengthening of the musculature, in particular of the thighs, but also a reinforcement of the self-confidence, the concentration and the vigilance thanks to the discipline and the mastery of the movement.
It is a moment for us, where we listen to each other, which allows us to release the knots.
I have less and less neck problems and knots in the trapezius, due to stress, and these problems last much less and the taichi is really the benefactor.
I noticed that when I was not practising (during the holidays in particular), my vigilance fell back because at the slightest obstacle I let myself be invaded. Regularity, as with everything, is the key to lasting and numerous results.
Christian is also an exceptional teacher who knows how to get involved, very pedagogical to know when he can intervene and when his advice will be welcomed.
He is a very empathetic person who knows how to listen to those who want to know more.
His classes combine a warm-up with QI Gong and end with a relaxation or meditation that is very gentle. The benefits can be felt from the end of the first session. In addition, relaxation often starts with a reading of selected texts that challenge our way of seeing things, of apprehending them, of living them, which encourages introspection, and refocusing and invites us to think differently.
One feels lighter, inclined to move forward, the mind clears.
Taichi helps to be positive, to release strong emotions, and to see things in a different way.
I am very happy to have crossed the path of Christian, who is an extraordinary, good and generous person.
Seeing and hearing him is already soothing!

------>It is now more than 4 years since I started with yoga classes to which were added taichi, qigong and meditation.
I was a very stressed person, taking everything at face value, living only with the past or the future with all its uncertainties, I gradually let go and felt a great well-being. It is true that to manage one's emotions and tensions is not easy every day, but through practice it is quite possible to achieve a totally different life.
Concentration brings a different view on yourself and leads you to a less and less tormented mind. Thank you Christian for your support during these years and for those to come.
G.B
------>I am more QI gong than Tai chi
When I practice one and drop the other, I miss it.
Why Qi Gong, because I can practice at home, which I do regularly, and because my memory doesn't allow me to retain the Tai Chi sequences. But I like the atmosphere of the classes and the fact that I can't do it doesn't make me angry anymore, I know it's coming in little by little.
I've only been practicing for 5 years. Physically my knees are happy, they don't grumble on the stairs anymore. My back still hurts but I'm not desperate to get it to work.
My neck is in heaven.
But it is morally and in everyday life that I appreciate the most QI gong, Tai chi and meditation.
Living in the present, being aware of what you are doing, not making up stories, living in a parallel world, what if I had done this instead of that, etc. My mind is freer, I don't have to worry about what to do.
My mind is freer, I don't come back to the door to see if I've locked it, I know where I keep my keys even though I still lose my car in the car park sometimes.
I still can't remember the names of people I meet or even friends, but I feel my memory has improved.
Regards
Mamianne
------>The regular practice of taichi is like a great cleansing of the body gently. We rediscover ourselves, we cultivate calm inside ourselves.
The practice is rich: Qigong, yoga, taichi exercises...there is always something to discover and to deepen even after several years of practice, the martial aspect, the stick work, the sword work...
Thank you Christian for all these moments of sharing spent in a good mood and in a real search for inner peace.
Philippe.
------>I discovered 1 year ago, at 66 years old, the practice of Taichi Qi Gong with Christian Rasotto.
From the first class, I liked very much this art associating a very complete warming up of each part of the body to the practice of Taichi, a sequence of very elegant and precise movements. Regular training brings a considerable physical (flexibility, balance, better control of the body) and psychological (concentration and memory, calm and serenity) well-being.
Our teacher Christian, who I consider pedagogical, available and passionate, contributes to create an excellent atmosphere within the class. My only regret is not to have known and started this course earlier.
Thank you Christian.
Myriam
------>I'm looking forward to the class to do a "wow"! To take a break mentally and physically, to breathe, to soften especially the shoulders.
What can I say about the teacher? In fact, he cooks for us like a chef, taking care of all the details
What can I say about the atmosphere? very good, created by the teacher, who is very kind but not only that, competent and who accompanies all his students
what can we say about one year? the joints become more flexible little by little, and then we put things into perspective
friendly
Josiane
------>The classes are very interesting on a well being and martial level.
The form of taiji that Christian teaches us is very harmonious and I also find interesting the application part at the end of the classes, it allows to better understand the form practiced.
Christian is very pedagogical, patient and open-minded. You feel good during the classes and at the end of the classes.
It is really a club to recommend!
Vincent C.
------>For the past three years, I have found that after each session I come out more "ZEN" and I sleep better!
And I am more flexible or at least I think I am less stiff.
A.S
------>I wanted to thank you for the moments shared in your classes on Friday evenings. I discovered this discipline that I didn't know but I had heard about it and widely appreciated in a world where we run all the time. Thank you for your patience and all this plenitude that you give off and transmit to us. I wish you a good holiday.
