Qigong the five animals of wudang
Each animal movement improves the functioning of a specific internal organ.
The dragon improves the functioning of the kidneys, the tiger improves the functioning of the lungs, the leopard acts on the liver, the snake on the spleen, and the crane on the heart.
The diligent practice of Wudang Qigong of the 5 animals helps to restore the balance of the internal organ system. Having balanced internal organs allows the body to function optimally, and therefore improves the health and longevity of the practitioner.
In addition to harmonising the internal organs, the Five Animals Wudang Qigong also opens the joints, relaxes the tendons, and strengthens the muscles.
In addition, it improves the breathing and circulation functions; not only does it allow the body to supply oxygen-rich blood to all its extremities, but it also helps to eliminate toxins.
The aim of Five Animal Wudang Qigong is to keep the body supple like a child's. Practised regularly, it is an effective anti-ageing practice, which helps to keep the body healthy over the years.
