The Indian techniques of Yoga (postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation and traditional wisdom teachings) combined with the physical exercises of Qigong and traditional Chinese Taichichuan are particularly adapted to achieve this transformation through a better understanding of the mechanisms that carry us.
